Select your console, then choose and purchase a repair in our store. Your confirmation email includes your order reference and shipping destination. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive.

Usually 1–5 business days after your console arrives, excluding transit. Parts availability or additional work can cause delays. Within 24 hours of receiving your console, we email your scheduled repair date.

Use a sturdy box and plenty of padding, especially around corners. The console should not move inside the box. Match the shipping label to your order, or enclose a printed copy of your order.
