Choose the right box.
Choose a sturdy box with room for your console and at least 2 inches of cushioning on every side. Use these recommended internal box sizes as your starting point, then check your exact model and padding. All dimensions are length × width × height, in inches.

Padding takes priority over a suggested size. A box that fits the bare console may be too small once it is protected. Use a larger box if you cannot cushion all six sides without squeezing the contents.
Pack it safely.
Have a strong corrugated box, protective wrap or foam, void fill, packing tape, and your order details ready. Replace crushed, torn, or damp boxes.

Hold your console away from the box walls with at least 2 inches of cushioning, including underneath and on top.
Fill the gaps so it stays in place. Your console should never touch the box directly.

Power it off and unplug everything. Remove discs and removable game or memory cards where possible. Back up accessible data, and keep cables, controllers, and docks at home.
Protect every side
Wrap the console with protective cushioning and support the corners. Protect handheld screens with a soft, non-abrasive layer and avoid pressure on buttons, sticks, or ports.
Fill the space
Cushion the bottom, center your console, and fill the sides and top. Allow at least 2 inches of suitable cushioning on all six sides. Add more protection or choose a larger box if your console needs it.
Check, seal, and label
Gently move the closed box. If you feel the console shifting, add support before sealing. Tape the center seam and both edge seams on the top and bottom in an H pattern. Remove old labels and attach the new shipping label.
Label it. Send it. Keep track.
Use your order destination
Copy the address from your order email. Add your order reference and brief fault notes inside so we can identify your package if the outer label is damaged.
Keep your tracking
You arrange and pay for shipping to us. Keep your receipt and tracking number until delivery. Your listed service price includes return shipping.
Sending an original box?
We don’t normally return original packaging. Arrange its return before shipping if you need to keep it; an extra charge may apply.
