We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Free Diagnosis Clause: We offer a free diagnosis for some items. This means that we will diagnose the device at no cost to the customer. After we inform the customer of the diagnosis they can choose to have us repair the item or to not repair the item. The customer then can decide whether they would like to proceed with the repair. In some cases where we determine that a device is not repairable we will not charge the customer for our time but will charge them for shipping costs associated with returning the product to their address. These fees are given to the customer at the time they are informed of the diagnosis. If the customer does not wish to pay for return shipping or does not want the item back under some circumstances ShaneFix LLC will offer the option to recycle the item for the customer.
Return Shipping for Game Consoles: We use UPS Ground shipping and do not require a signature when delivered. If a customer requests signature required or any other shipping services outside of the above stated shipping offering they are required to contact us and arrange that before we ship the item.
Accuracy of billing and account information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Severability

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

Repair policies
Using the service
These terms govern use of this website and console repair services from ShaneFix. By using the site or ordering a service, you agree to these terms and the policies they reference. You must be able to enter a binding agreement, or have permission from a parent or guardian. Services may not be used for unlawful activity.
We may decline a repair, limit quantities, correct an inaccurate listing, or discontinue a service. Service descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Confirm the console, repair, and price before placing an order.
Orders & payment
Choose the correct console model and the repair that matches the problem. For an unlisted issue, multiple faults, or a modified console, request a custom quote before ordering. A diagnostic service purchases diagnosis only; additional repair work requires a separate agreement.
Provide accurate contact, billing, and return-shipping information. Your order confirmation includes the order reference and shipping destination. Use the packing guide to prepare your console. Do not ship until you have those instructions. Agree any additional work or shipping upgrades with us before they are charged.
Listed amounts are in US dollars. Return shipping is included in listed service prices; you arrange and pay for shipping to us. Applicable taxes and agreed additional charges are disclosed before payment.
Packing & shipping
Use a sturdy box with enough padding around every side and corner to prevent movement. Send only the console: no cables, controllers, or docks. The name and address on your shipping label should match the order, or you should include a printed copy of the order.
Our mail-in service is based in Washington State. We do not ship to military addresses. Return shipping ordinarily uses UPS Ground, without a signature, and includes up to $100 of shipping insurance. Contact us before shipment for more insurance, faster shipping, or signature confirmation; additional charges may apply.
Original boxes and packing materials are not normally returned. If you need them back, arrange this with us first; an additional shipping charge may apply. Contact us promptly about transit damage or a delivery problem so it can be reviewed with the carrier.
Packing your consoleDiagnosis & repair timing
Typical repairs take 1–5 business days after your console arrives, excluding shipping time. Parts availability, extra faults, and additional work can change the schedule. Within 24 hours of receiving your console, we email your scheduled repair date.
We test repaired consoles before return shipment. A repair may not resolve faults outside the ordered service, and some consoles cannot be repaired. We discuss additional work and pricing with you before proceeding.
Repair eligibility & console data
Insect-infested consoles are not accepted. If we find live insects, we will return your console and you will pay return shipping. Modified or hacked consoles must be discussed with us before shipment. Switch screen and liquid-damage services are not offered in the listed catalog; Switch Lite is excluded from the listed SD card and game card reader services.
Save-data transfers are not offered. Existing data is ordinarily left unchanged during repairs, but data recovery or preservation is not guaranteed. A hard-drive replacement includes a fresh operating system. Back up accessible data before sending your console, and do not provide account passwords through contact forms.
90-day repair warranty
Listed completed repairs include a 90-day warranty covering the parts and labor for the repaired issue. A separately purchased diagnosis is not a completed repair. Custom repair warranty coverage depends on the work and is confirmed in the quote.
The warranty excludes abuse, liquid damage, drops, insect infestations, and unrelated faults. If a repaired problem returns, contact us with your order details and symptoms before sending the console again. Outside the warranty period, we may extend coverage or offer a discounted repair at our discretion.
Refunds & diagnostic fees
If a console sent for a purchased repair cannot be repaired, the repair charge is refunded minus the diagnostic bench fee: $50 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X, or $39 for other listed consoles. Your console can then be returned or recycled locally, as agreed with you.
The separately listed Diagnose problems service is non-refundable. Return shipping is included with this paid diagnostic service, whether the console cannot be repaired or you decline the repair quote. A free diagnosis applies only when explicitly offered for a particular item or custom quote. You decide whether to approve the quoted repair. For a free diagnosis, any return-shipping charge is explained before you choose return or recycling.
For a cancellation, duplicate order, or another refund question, contact us with your order details. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Personal information
Repair orders require contact, order, payment, and shipping information to process the repair and arrange delivery. Use accurate details so we can identify your console and contact you. Do not include passwords or payment details in enquiries.
Form entries currently stay only in the page’s memory. They are not sent or saved, and payment actions do not collect card information or process charges. Closing a request modal discards its entries.
Website content & submissions
Console names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Website content must not be copied, misused, or used to interfere with the service without appropriate permission.
Social links and optional tools lead to third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. Their availability, content, and behavior cannot be guaranteed. Review their policies before using them, and direct third-party complaints to the relevant provider.
We may edit, publish, translate, distribute, or reuse submissions without compensation, confidentiality, or a response. Share only content you may use. Avoid impersonation and misleading, unlawful, abusive, infringing, or malicious material. We may remove it.
Liability, indemnification & disputes
Repair outcomes, transit times, data preservation, and uninterrupted website availability cannot be guaranteed. Except for stated repair warranties, services have no implied guarantees. Where lawful, ShaneFix and its staff, affiliates, and providers exclude liability for injury, lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs, and indirect or consequential losses. Mandatory customer rights remain unaffected.
You must defend and reimburse ShaneFix and its personnel, affiliates, and providers for third-party claims and reasonable legal costs caused by your breach, unlawful conduct, or infringement of others’ rights.
Washington law governs. You accept exclusive jurisdiction and venue in Washington state or federal courts for site, purchase, or repair disputes and the arbitration process in the Washington court rules.
Agreement, termination & updates
These terms and referenced policies replace prior agreements. Non-enforcement waives no rights. Ambiguity is not automatically construed against the drafter. Invalid provisions leave the remainder intact.
Either party may end this agreement. We may suspend service for suspected breaches without notice. Previous obligations survive termination, including unpaid charges.
Changes to these terms are published here. Review the current terms before ordering. Continuing to use the site or services after an update accepts the revised terms. Any separate repair quote identifies the conditions that apply to that order.
