Use the packing guide for cushioning, labeling, and the final checks before shipping. The actual console and padding must fit comfortably.

Usually 1–5 business days after your console arrives, excluding transit. Parts availability or additional work can cause delays. Within 24 hours of receiving your console, we email your scheduled repair date.

Yes. Listed repair prices include return shipping. You arrange and pay for shipping your console to us in Washington State.

Listed repairs include a 90-day warranty on repair parts and labor. Diagnostic services are not completed repairs. Coverage for custom repairs varies. Abuse, liquid damage, dropped devices, and insect infestations are excluded. Outside the warranty period, we may extend coverage or offer a discounted repair at our discretion.

For a purchased repair, ShaneFix refunds the repair charge minus a $39 diagnostic bench fee. The console can be returned or recycled locally. A separately purchased diagnosis is non-refundable.

SD card reader and game card reader services listed here exclude Switch Lite. For any console changed from factory condition, use Custom Quote (Modified Consoles) above. Broken screens and liquid damage are not offered on the Switch service page.
